4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If services have not yet started and you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
• Partial Refund: If services are in progress, a prorated refund may be issued based on completion percentage
• No Refund: Once services are completed satisfactorily
• Coaching Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
