Full Refund (100%)

  • Order has not started yet
  • Refund requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • Coaching session cancelled 24+ hours in advance

Partial Refund

  • Order is in progress - prorated based on completion
  • Service partially completed due to our error
  • Coaching session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance (50%)

No Refund

  • Order has been completed successfully
  • Gift cards after code delivery
  • Client-side issues (wrong account info, etc.)
  • Violation of Terms of Service
